Switzer Falls Hike or Bear Canyon Beginner Backpack

Join us on November 2nd for a hike or backpacking trip to Switzer Falls and Bear Canyon. You can either come for a day hike or stay a night at Bear Canyon Campground and return the next day. This trail is rated as moderate with an elevation gain of 1548 ft over 8.5 miles. The trail features green forests, streams, waterfalls, and swimming holes. The trail has some uncovered parts, so you will want to be prepared with plenty of water and a hat/sunscreen.
